Privacy Policy

Sapphire Security Group (“Sapphire,” “we,” “us”) installs and services security cameras, intercoms, access control, and low-voltage systems in Connecticut. This policy explains what information we collect through sapphire-security.com and when you contact us, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you call, text, or email us, we collect what you give us:

  • Your name
  • Phone number and email address
  • Service address, to schedule an assessment or installation
  • Details about the work you need

When you visit the site, we automatically collect basic technical information such as browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived (for example, from a Google ad). We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking for this.

How we use it

  • To answer your inquiry and schedule service
  • To prepare quotes, invoices, and service records
  • To understand which pages and ads work, and improve the site

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, analytics, scheduling, and payment processing, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your security system and footage

Video, audio, and access logs from a system we install are stored on your own recorder or on the manufacturer’s cloud service, not by Sapphire. We access them only when you ask us to, for setup or service. The manufacturer’s privacy policy applies to its apps and cloud services.

Cookies

The site uses cookies for analytics and ad measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the control below.

Your privacy choices

You can opt out of analytics and the use of your visit for targeted advertising. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by your browser as an opt-out.

Analytics and ad measurement are on.

Retention

We keep customer and inquiry information as long as reasonably needed to provide service, keep warranty and business records, and meet legal and tax obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Connecticut residents may have additional rights under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising and to appeal a decision we make on your request. Contact us to make a request or an appeal; we respond within 45 days.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13.
